AMGHS’s structured Housing Navigation Support program helps individuals transition from homelessness into permanent housing.
Our process provides individuals with specialized support, including:
- Connections to landlords willing to work with prospective tenants facing barriers
- Intake and housing needs assessment
- Housing search support
- Outreach to local landlords who understand many of the barriers our participants are working to overcome
